They will be responsible for leading customer satisfaction excellence initiatives, driving internal customer satisfaction culture, and working closely with the sales team to manage demands and ensure final sales target fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer satisfaction improvement tasks and design systematic customer satisfaction process maps
- Manage customer service team works with systematic procedure improvement
- Proper coaching to team member, control customer service key performance indicators
- Ensure all department employees are properly trained and work safely
- Work with Supply Chain team to drive standardization and continuous improvement
- Manage own Customer Portfolio
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Whole Supply Chain understanding will be valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Fluent Spanish and English
Salary Estimate: €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
