Customer Service Team Leader Spanish Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents ensuring they deliver exceptional customer support and meet key performance metrics.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience working in contact centers and supervising teams. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, providing ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to ensure they meet performance targets.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of agents
- Provide training to new hires and existing team members
- Create comprehensive manuals and document procedures
- Track and analyze team performance metrics
- Compile data and generate reports on team performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong command of English and bilingual/native language skills in Spanish and Portuguese
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor or team leader in customer service or customer support
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results
