Customer Service Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer support.
About the Role:
Supervise and support a team of agents, focusing on improving team performance and adherence to project guidelines.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Create comprehensive manuals and document procedures, ensuring seamless process execution.
Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Track and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
Fluent English language skills and strong bilingual and/or native Spanish and Portuguese language abilities.
At least 1 year of experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results, driving operational excellence and innovation.
Proficiency in MS Office365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Location: Madrid or Barcelona.
