Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead a team of agents in delivering exceptional customer support and meeting key performance metrics.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of agents to ensure they meet performance targets
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members
  • Create comprehensive manuals and document procedures
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics
  • Compile data and generate reports on team performance

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent English language skills, strong leadership abilities, and at least one year of experience in customer service or customer support as a supervisor or team leader. You should be able to interact effectively at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary teams.
