About the Role:

MSX International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a key member of our global mobility team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of customer service agents to deliver exceptional support and meet key performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of agents to ensure they meet performance targets
  • Providing ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members
  • Creating comprehensive manuals and document procedures
  • Providing training to new hires and existing team members
  • Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics
  • Compiling data and generating reports on team performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An excellent command of English and strong language skills (bilingual and/or native in Swedish)
  • Experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 1 year
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results
  • The ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:

  • A full-time indefinite contract
  • 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday
