Customer Service Team Lead with Global Expertise

At Msx International Inc., we seek an exceptional Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. This full-time indefinite contract offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will guide and support a group of customer service agents, ensuring they meet project guidelines, deliver outstanding customer support, and achieve key performance metrics.
The duties you will perform on a daily basis include:
- Supervising and supporting a team of agents to meet performance targets
- Providing ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members
- Creating comprehensive manuals and documenting procedures
- Training new hires and existing team members
- Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics
- Compiling data and generating reports on team performance
We are looking for individuals with:
- An excellent command of English and strong language skills in Spanish and Portuguese (bilingual or native)
- Experience working in customer service or customer support as a supervisor or team leader for at least one year
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results
- Ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
- Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
