Job Description

At Msx International Inc., we seek an exceptional Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. This full-time indefinite contract offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will guide and support a group of customer service agents, ensuring they meet project guidelines, deliver outstanding customer support, and achieve key performance metrics.

The duties you will perform on a daily basis include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of agents to meet performance targets
  • Providing ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members
  • Creating comprehensive manuals and documenting procedures
  • Training new hires and existing team members
  • Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics
  • Compiling data and generating reports on team performance
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • An excellent command of English and strong language skills in Spanish and Portuguese (bilingual or native)
  • Experience working in customer service or customer support as a supervisor or team leader for at least one year
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results
  • Ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
