Customer Service Professional with Multilingual Expertise

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team. Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions in our CRM tool
- Collaborate with internal departments (claims analysts, medical advisers, finance) to resolve complex queries
- Possess expert knowledge of relevant tools, processes, and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (ideally in a contact center or reception role)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Active proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) and Chinese (or French)
- Decision-making ability and capacity to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency
