About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with expertise in French, German, and English to join our team at MSX International.


Key Responsibilities



  • Answer customer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Update databases, generate reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements



  • Excellent command of English and strong language skills in French and German.
  • Ability to travel to our offices for training.
  • Availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
  • Knowledge of document management and operation of dedicated document management platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
