We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Madrid or Alicante. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual or native in Swedish and excellent English skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
