Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of success in call centre management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive problem-solving
- Lead by example, demonstrating our company values and inspiring your team to do the same

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven call centre management experience, preferably in a plumbing industry setting
