Customer Service Team Leader

**Overview:**
Nutreco, a leading global leader in animal nutrition and fish feed, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on sales support, order processing, and data management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales and Sales Support:**
* Initiate follow-up actions by contacting customers to ensure effective communication
* Answer questions about product assortment and applications, production, quoting prices and delivery times
* Negotiate contracts with customers for renewals regarding price, specifications and delivery within defined parameters and standards set by Sales
2. **Order Processing and Data Management:**
* Process incoming orders to realize timely and proper delivery to customers
* Update product data in relevant systems to provide up-to-date insights into products, prices, and other relevant information
3. **Customer Relationship Management:**
* Manage records and handle all customer requests and incoming orders in line with company policies and procedures
* Register, administer, and update all customer information, contracts, requests, order data, complaints, and/or signals in relevant systems
4. **Customer Satisfaction:**
* Log and resolve all customer problems/requests within prescribed timescales to maintain customer confidence
* Provide support to customers on common standard problems, questions, complaints, etc.
5. **Continuous Improvement:**
* Identify bottlenecks in (work) processes, procedures, and/or systems and contribute to change/optimization of the department
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales support, order processing, and data management
* Strong knowledge of sales and sales support principles, including contract negotiation and customer relationship management
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
**What We Offer:**
