Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve team performance to ensure that we meet our customer service goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer service
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Italian
