Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Evaluate and improve team performance to ensure that we meet our customer service goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer service
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Italian
