The Role: Customer Service Manager
Salary: £29,580 + bonus (OTE £35,000)
Location: Oldbury
This role involves overseeing the full vehicle handover process, including paperwork, finance sign-ups, and vehicle demonstrations. You will ensure customers receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivering excellent customer service to meet and exceed customers' needs
• Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently on the same day
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager to streamline and improve the customer journey at every opportunity
• Liaising with other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and managing customer expectations when necessary

Requirements
• A full UK driving licence is required due to the nature of the role
