Customer Service Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Motorpoint. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our strong reputation with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of the full vehicle handover process, including all paperwork, finance sign-ups, and vehicle demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers' needs are met and exceeded.
- Resolve customer issues positively and on a same-day basis.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to streamline and improve the customer journey.
- Liaise with other key departments to ensure customers receive their new cars in a same-day service.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of strong customer service in a face-to-face environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing great customer service with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to identify training needs and mentor others to be the best they can be.
