About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Motorpoint, the UK's leading omnichannel car retailer. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our strong reputation with customers through exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a face-to-face environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to identify training needs, mentor and coach others, and have a strong commitment to providing great customer service with excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth running of the full vehicle handover process, including paperwork, finance sign-ups, and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers' needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, working closely with the Sales Manager to streamline and improve the customer journey.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer service, managing expectations and ensuring same-day service where possible.
