Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) is seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEADER WITH DUTCH/FLEMISH to join their team in Riga, Latvia. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience in a BPO/call centre environment and be proficient in Dutch/Flemish (C1) and English (B2).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Motivate and develop team members to drive process performance and achieve service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage team performance, shrinkage, productivity, and attrition targets
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external contacts
- Delegate daily volumes within the team and coordinate activities to meet customer key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create and implement process improvements to enhance operations and efficiency
**Requirements**
- Proficient in Dutch/Flemish (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
- At least 1+ year of experience in a BPO/call centre environment as a Team Leader
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive initiatives and implement process improvements
