Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents in providing exceptional customer support and meeting key performance metrics.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Team Leader will supervise and support a team of agents, ensuring they meet performance targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with executives and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of agents to meet performance targets.
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
  • Create comprehensive manuals and document procedures.
  • Provide training to new hires and existing team members.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Compile data and generate reports on team performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent command of English and strong language skills (bilingual and/or native in French and Spanish).
  • Experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 1 year.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results.
  • Able to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Estimated Salary Range

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
