**Job Description**

  • Supervise and support a team of customer service agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive manuals and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office365 applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
