Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at MSX International Inc. in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

This is a full-time indefinite contract position with 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents, ensuring they meet key performance metrics and deliver exceptional customer support.

You will provide ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members, create comprehensive manuals and document procedures, provide training to new hires and existing team members, track and analyze team performance metrics, and compile data and generate reports on team performance.

Requirements
  • Excellent command of English and strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Swedish
  • Experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 1 year
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results
  • Ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
