Job Description

At Msx International Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leader to supervise and support a team of agents, ensuring they meet key performance metrics. As a leader, you will guide your team members, provide ongoing support and motivation, create comprehensive manuals and document procedures, and track and analyze team performance metrics.

Requirements
  • You have an excellent command of English and strong language skills bilingual and/or native in French and Spanish.
  • You are located in Madrid or Barcelona.
  • You have experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 1 year.
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results, and the ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
What We Offer

We offer a full-time indefinite contract with 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday. You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company. You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, relating to customers, suppliers, consultants, and dealers. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as 23 days of vacations + 3 extra days, internal training plan, and more.

Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on the requirements and responsibilities of the role, as well as the location in Madrid or Barcelona. We strive to attract top talent and offer competitive compensation packages.
