Hungary Customer Support Specialist with Dutch Fluency

As a skilled Customer Care Specialist, you will be working remotely in Hungary to support customers of an e-commerce brand.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced professionals to provide technical-based customer assistance through voice, chat, and email in a timely manner. You will be expected to:
- Conduct customer interactions with excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Document each interaction in our dedicated CRM system.
You will also play a key role in supporting internal teams by participating in department initiatives, providing feedback, promoting collaborative solutions, and assisting colleagues.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of proficiency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2).
- The ability to pass a background check.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent adaptability and flexibility to work with changing processes and information.
- A strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package based on experience, skills, and performance. You can expect:
- An estimated annual salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- An indefinite contract.
- Private health and life insurance.
- Eight-hour shifts on weekly rotation, covering line operating hours from Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 11 PM.
- Fully remote work from Hungary.
