Customer Service Representative with Dutch Language Skills

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist with Dutch language skills. This role is ideal for a proactive person who is passionate about customer service and strives to contribute positively to our clients' experience.
About the RoleYour primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive support through various communication channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical customer support via voice, chat, and email in a prompt and professional manner;
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience by addressing their concerns and resolving issues effectively;
- Recording each interaction in the designated CRM system for future reference and analysis;
- Actively participating in internal and departmental initiatives by providing feedback, sharing updates, and fostering collaborative solutions with team members;
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2);
- Residency in Bosnia and Herzegovina and legal eligibility for employment without company support;
- Previous experience in Customer Support or technical support, particularly within help desks or IT functions;
- Able to undergo a background check;
- Strong independent working skills and capability as a remote team player;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling process and information changes;
- Solid knowledge of external systems and PC-based Internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
