Customer Service Representative with Dutch Language Expertise

We are partnering with a leading BPO to find an experienced Customer Care Specialist with Dutch language skills for a full-time remote position in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Job SummaryThis role involves reviewing incoming invoices, communicating with partners, and engaging in internal communication with colleagues and superiors. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, investigate discrepancies, and maintain records of processed invoices.
Key Responsibilities- Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts for correctness in quantities, pricing, and terms.
- Accurately enter invoice details into the financial or ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices, such as incorrect amounts or missing information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal or tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices processed and ensure proper documentation is filed.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries or disputes.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written.
- Residency in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the ability to take on the job legally without employer support.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping roles, familiarity with accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a high volume of invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to manage any issues that arise during invoice processing.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, accounting principles, and company policies related to invoicing.
The offered salary range for this position is approximately $25,000 - $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance.
