About the Role
The successful candidate will have native or fluent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written, and reside in Croatia. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field being a plus. Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping roles is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices, ensuring timely processing and minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices processed and ensure documentation is properly filed.
