Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Digital Sales Representative with Japanese language skills, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector or consumer customers via voice, chat or email interactions.
  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work effectively to service, enhance and build relationships with current and future customers.
  • Contact existing customers in your portfolio for consultation and identify opportunities to maximize sales.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation.
  • Computer savvy with ability to navigate CRM software.
  • Able to reside in or relocate to the Krakow area.

What We Offer:

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
