Job Title: Customer Support Specialist with Norwegian Language Skills

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malta. As a native or fluent Norwegian speaker, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing quality service and timely resolution of issues.

• Help customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

• Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Be available for weekend or late shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with good communication skills.

Proficient in B2 English.

Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.

Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
