Customer Support Specialist with German Language Skills Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. Based in Serbia, this full-time role requires fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer or technical support, preferably with an IT background.
Key responsibilities include providing timely technical assistance to customers through multiple channels, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system. Collaboration with internal teams, contributing to department initiatives, and supporting colleagues are also essential aspects of this role.
The successful candidate will be proficient in PC-based internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to change are necessary for success in this position. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team is crucial.
