Customer Support Representative with German Language Expertise

At Wibit Consulting & Services, we are seeking a highly skilled German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team.
About the Role:
We are thrilled to partner with a top-rated Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company to recruit talented individuals who possess excellent communication skills in German and English. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support via various channels, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical customer assistance via voice, chat, and email;
- Deliver exceptional service by assisting clients with technical inquiries;
- Accurately document each interaction in a CRM system;
- Participate in internal team activities and collaborate on solutions to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong command of the German language (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher);
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a help desk or IT environment;
- Familiarity with external systems and PC-based software applications;
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and flexibility to thrive in a remote work environment.
What We Offer:

- A monthly allowance of 60 EUR for work-from-home expenses;
- An indefinite contract with regular hours (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday);
