Customer Service Expert with German Language Support

About the Job:
As a Customer Service Expert with German Language Support, you will be responsible for delivering timely and high-quality responses to customers' technical inquiries. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience by striving to understand clients' needs and providing accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical customer support via voice, chat, and email.
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
- Record each interaction accurately in a CRM system.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has fluent German language skills (C1 or higher) and English language skills (B2 or higher).
- Is a resident of Serbia and able to work legally without company-sponsored support.
- Has prior experience in customer support or technical support, especially in a help desk or IT environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, skills, and performance: approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per annum.
- Monthly allowance of 60 EUR for work-from-home expenses.
- Indefinite contract with regular hours (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
