Job Title: Customer Support Professional
">This role is a unique opportunity to join Bombay as a Customer Support Consultant, providing exceptional service to Lufthansa passengers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-in via phone.
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker with excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. You will work in a multicultural environment, taking calls in your market language and also in English from various countries, including Germany, Scandinavia, and the United States.
">The position is based remotely in the Czech Republic, where you will have access to modern induction training and a career path for growth within the organization. We offer a competitive salary, meal allowance, paid flight ticket, company-paid accommodation for the first 2-3 months, fixed salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
