About the Role:
As a Customer Support Professional at Amex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will work closely with our global merchants and partners to resolve issues and provide expert advice on product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our merchants and partners, providing personalized support and guidance on various products and services.
- Resolve complex customer issues through active listening, critical thinking, and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
