Job Overview:
Cataloxy is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking banking clients in Madrid, Spain. This role involves assisting customers via various channels, sharing information on digital banking products tailored for the Dutch market, and meeting defined quality standards and sales objectives.
About the Role:
This position requires proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and language skills including fluency in Dutch (C2 level). The ideal candidate should possess strong customer orientation, empathy, and listening skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities. Analytical skills, quick learning capabilities, and sales skills are also essential.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with general banking inquiries, account access issues, transfers, and managing back-office tasks. They will present and inform customers about banking products, adhere to transparency requirements, and uphold regulatory standards for client protection. Additionally, they will monitor and report any application-related issues.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of customer service principles and experience working in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of €21,718 gross per year, 38.5 hours of work per week, with shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., two days off weekly, plus two weekends off monthly, and opportunities for career advancement with a globally recognized service provider.
