Customer Support Team Leader With Dutch/Flemish Expertise

Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Riga, Latvia. As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for motivating, developing, and mentoring team members to drive process performance and achieve exceptional results.
About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead a team of customer support professionals, driving process performance to meet and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables. You will be accountable for managing shrinkage, productivity, and attrition targets, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
• Drive process performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements
• Manage and delegate daily volumes within the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall performance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions. You should have experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of processes and procedures.
What We Offer:
