About This RoleThis on-site position involves collaborating with an innovative team in one of Europe's most captivating countries. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting customers with product-related queries, offering clear and helpful solutions.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their requests and ensuring full resolution.
What We're Looking For
We seek passionate, solution-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in fast-paced environments. If you are a Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills, we'd like to meet you. Required qualifications include:
- Native or fluent Dutch, with a good command of English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for assisting others.
Benefits and Compensation
