Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with strong language skills in Dutch and English to join our team. As a primary point of contact for vehicle owners, you will address and resolve requests related to their vehicles through multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage driver inquiries through email, chat, and phone calls.
- Provide remote assistance by identifying and addressing root causes of requests.
- Record customer contacts to track activities.
- Carry out database updates, report writing, and reporting.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent command of English and strong language skills in Dutch (bilingual or native).
- Availability to work onsite.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Knowledge of document management and operation of dedicated platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
