Customer Support Representative for German-Speaking Clients

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative fluent in German to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a remote worker, you will be based in Porto, Portugal, and work on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide assistance to customers through email, chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
**Working Schedule:**
The position requires working Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts within the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
Occasional availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required. Two rotating days off per week are guaranteed.
**What We're Looking For:**
• Fluency in German (native or near-native level).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to rotating schedules.
Candidates residing in Porto or nearby areas are preferred.
