About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who communicate in German.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in German (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as a problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Ensure a positive and professional attitude while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Working Schedule

You will work Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts within the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00

Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00

Occasional availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required.

Estimated Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
