Company Overview:
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a BPO with excellent employee satisfaction ratings, offering remote work opportunities in Slovenia. This partnership aims to find experienced German-speaking customer support specialists who can deliver exceptional service to e-commerce brand customers.

About the Role:
This full-time position involves providing top-notch customer care to clients through phone, email, and live chat support channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries efficiently, navigating internal and external documentation, and escalating priority issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Research and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Route calls to the appropriate resources when necessary and document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.

Duties and Expectations:
- Strive for high-standard customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring that all calls are handled professionally based on quality guidelines set by the client.
- Adhere to established protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and standardized delivery of customer service.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Effective and correct communication in German (C1 level) and English (B2).
- Residing in Slovenia and being able to take on a job legally without the company's support.
- Familiarity with customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools to resolve issues.

Offer:
We offer an attractive salary, which we estimate to be around €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
