Job Description
This Customer Care Specialist role supports customers in German, ensuring overall satisfaction through prompt inquiry resolution and efficient issue escalation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat support to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Utilize internal resources to deliver top-tier service, escalating priority or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Route calls to the correct resources and document all interactions according to standard procedures.
- Maintain a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
Salary Offer
The remuneration package includes an $25-30/hour salary based on experience, skills, and performance, with an indefinite contract and private health insurance included.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in Customer Support or technical support, particularly with help desks or IT functions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
