About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to coordinate order entry into our ERP system, ensuring customer requirements are met from initial receipt until delivery and invoicing. The selected professional will work closely with Accounting, Field Sales, and Customer Service teams to clarify discrepancies prior to order entry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Accounting to assist in account set up.
  • Verify product/stock numbers, pricing, and product availability.
  • Work with various departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with order placement and key orders into the ERP system.
  • Fax order acknowledgements to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience using an integrated ERP system (SAP).
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under demanding time constraints.
  • High English level.
