About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Support Professional fluent in German to join our dynamic team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our clients across various channels.
">Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, providing accurate information about products and services while resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction by implementing best practices and effective solutions.
- Utilize customer support tools and CRM systems to manage customer relationships and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Good command of English for internal communication and collaboration with team members.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (rotational shifts), and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
