Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multilingual Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our services to potential and existing customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Dutch (C2) and English, and have previous experience in sales, particularly in outbound calling or business development. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing customer relationships, tracking interactions, and developing strategies to position our products and services competitively.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Customer Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote and sell our services.
  • Customer Database Management: Create, maintain, and update customer records with complete and accurate information.
  • Customer Base Development: Consolidate the existing customer base while proactively building new customer relationships.
  • Sales Tracking: Record outbound call history, customer interactions, and responses in detail.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Market Monitoring: Track and analyze competitors' products/services and leverage this information to enhance selling strategies.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to position products and services competitively.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or proficient Dutch (C2) and fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in outbound calling or business development.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools to manage customer data and track interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral business communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and present confidently.
  • Goal Orientation: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and tenacious, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate multiple business models and develop strategies accordingly.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €29,800 per year, including up to €4,470 in performance-based bonuses, a permanent contract, and opportunities for career growth and development.
