We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our EMEA sales operations team, you will play a vital part in delivering non-customer facing selling activity, managing commercial processes, and driving continuous improvement.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering effective support to sales and customers, providing sales growth activities, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities- Deliver, continuously improve, and standardize effective support to sales and customers.
- Provide sales growth activities in General, End User, and Distributors segments.
In this hybrid role, you will work closely with our sales teams to manage and improve commercial processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for tailoring customer presentations, managing customer questions, and supporting commercial operations.
