We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Consumer business team in Madrid.


Your main duties will include:



  • Responding to customer complaints and questions
  • Ensuring orders are processed on time
  • Creating new customer demand
  • Setting up pricing of products
  • Completing files with all invoices of customers
  • Approving dispute cases for invoices
  • Checking and solving issues on invoices of customers

You will report to the Sales Leader Iberia and will be an individual contributor.


Location: We can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Madrid Office) for candidates already based in Madrid Area.
