Sales Enablement Professional

Babel Profiles is a dynamic company that values growth and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team.
Compensation PackageThe salary for this position is competitive, with a base salary of approximately €80,000 per year, plus bonus potential.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to improve sales skills and performance.
- Mentor new hires and conduct regular performance assessments to identify coaching requirements.
- Enable continuous skill development sessions to keep the sales team equipped for success.
- Train the sales team on the effective use of CRM systems and other tools.
- 3-4 years of experience leading a learning department, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
- Previous experience as a sales contributor, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Permanent contract.
- Hybrid model (at least 1 day at the office per week).
- Flexible working hours.
- Work from anywhere abroad for up to three months per year.
