The attractive package for this position includes a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and performance, as well as an indefinite contract with scheduled shift rotation (Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 10 PM, Friday 8 AM - 8 PM, Saturday 12 PM - 8 PM, Sunday 12 PM - 9 PM).

About the Role

This remote, full-time Customer Care Specialist position requires proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 or higher), both verbal and written. Prior experience in customer support or technical support, especially help desk or IT-related roles, is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive technical assistance through voice, chat, and email
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with clear, helpful support
  • Log each interaction in a CRM system accurately
  • Engage in team initiatives, contribute feedback, and support a collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Proficient in German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 or higher)
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to pass a background check
