About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will work closely with customers to resolve their technical issues, provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices, and ensure that all support cases are recorded, tracked, resolved, and followed up in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.), LAN/WAN technologies, routing/switching protocols (LACP, ARP, BGP, OSPF), branch and DataCenter architectures, and strong debugging skills for broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required.

You'll be working with a diverse range of technologies, including Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks products. Experience with Linux, API concepts, FWAAS or SASE solutions, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices and systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to product development
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to expedite resolution of critical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We're an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
