Viking, a leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to customers worldwide.

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can handle customer inquiries with ease, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. As a Customer Support Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and guidance whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve customer complaints and issues via phone or digital channels
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding their travel insurance coverage and benefits
- Collaborate with partners and insurance companies to ensure seamless resolution of customer cases
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty

Requirements
- Experience as a tour guide or in a similar role (advantageous)
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (written and spoken), and proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Medical background (e.g., nurse) is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
