We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team in Alcobendas - Madrid as a Customer Experience Liaison. This role will play a crucial part in crafting the customer experience at CommScope.

As a key figure, you will provide crucial support to our Business Segments and serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders. In this multifaceted role, you will handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organisation. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with Microsoft tools especially Excel knowledge being highly valued. Experience in SAP, CRM, Salesforce and proficiency in other EMEA languages are also desirable.

CommScope offers a competitive salary, estimated at 42,000 - 60,000 euros per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
