Are you a native English speaker looking for a new challenge in customer service? We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Msx International Inc.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dealer network, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Your primary focus will be on vehicle distribution processes, including ordering, transportation, and registration queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting dealers with vehicle ordering, transport, and registration inquiries
  • Managing vehicle delivery appointments and documentation
  • Assisting with remarketing and fleet support activities

Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the customer service sector, intermediate English language skills, and experience working with ticketing systems and MS Office.
